White Van Stories is a documentary feature on enforced disappearances following seven characters from the families of the disappeared in North, East and South Provinces of Sri Lanka.

Burger Van Man follows Carl, a down-on-his-luck Burger Van vendor, trying to make the most of what he has. After his father passed away, Carl had an emotional breakdown, which lead him to re-evaluate what he wanted to do with his life. On a whim, he quit his dead-end job and spent his family's savings on a burger van, bought from a guy he met down the pub. Once his wife, Sandra, finds out the financial strain he's put them through, Carl is forced to leave his marital home, his wife and his daughter behind and move back into his childhood bedroom in his mum's house. Carl is left with no choice but to make his new business venture work.

WHITE MAN WALKING follows one man’s extraordinary journey as he walks through Trump’s America all the way to Washington in a Black Lives Matter t-shirt after the killing of George Floyd. Bliss’ journey across a deeply divided America becomes both a powerful call for unity and a stark exploration of fear. As he meets people on both sides of the racial and social divide, moments of hostility are contrasted by rare but meaningful connections with those who choose to walk beside him. The film explores the deep racial and ideological divide in America, asking why advocating for Black lives sparks such visceral anger, particularly in poor, rural white communities. It is both a deeply personal journey and a broader call for empathy and understanding.

The story takes place in alternative America where the blacks are members of social elite, and whites are inhabitants of inner city ghettos. Louis Pinnock is a white worker in a chocolate factory, loving husband and father of two children. While delivering a package for black CEO Thaddeus Thomas, he is mistaken for a voyeur and, as a result, loses his job, gets beaten by black cops and his family gets evicted from their home. Desperate Pinnock takes a gun and kidnaps Thomas, demanding justice.
